This policy explains what personal information Speedmax Internet (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us") collects from our internet customers, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Name, mobile number(s), address and email you give us when you take a connection.
- Your plan, billing and payment records (invoices, receipts, payment mode and reference).
- Technical details of your connection (router / ONU identifiers, connection status) needed to run and repair your service.
- Records of your calls, tickets and messages with our support team.
Why we use it
- To give you internet service, installation and support.
- To make invoices, take payments and send receipts.
- To send service messages: plan expiry reminders, invoice and receipt notices, and information about faults or maintenance. These messages may be sent by SMS, call or WhatsApp to your mobile number.
- To follow the law and keep our records.
WhatsApp messages
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform of Meta to send you the service messages above. We do not send advertising to people who asked us to stop. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or tell our support team; we will mark your number and stop.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: our service providers who help us run the service (for example the payment, messaging and billing systems we use), our authorised franchise / network partner of your area, and authorities when the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep billing and service records for as long as you are our customer and for the period the law requires after that. Technical logs are kept for a shorter time.
Security
Our systems are protected with passwords and restricted access, and only staff who need the information to do their work can see it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you (what the law allows us to delete), and to stop service messages, by contacting us below.
